Natalie is the GM for Eliiza, a data science consultancy specialising in well-engineered practical and ethical AI, ML and data science solutions across Australia and New Zealand.Natalie has an engineering background and has worked in optimisation, data science, analytics and innovation across 5 continents, most recently leading analytics and AI delivery at Qantas. Returning to her native NZ, she is driving the expansion of the Mantel Group across the Tasman and supporting the development of new offerings for Eliiza including NLP products and an ethical review framework.
